Montgomery County, in partnership with DVRPC, will be advertising on PennDOT's Engineering & Construction Management System (ECMS) to engage an engineering firm to provide Preliminary Engineering & Final Design services for the Cross County Trail - Section B, located in Upper Moreland Township, comprising approximately 1.7 miles of trail between Maryland Road (just west of Easton Road) and the Willow Grove YMCA (just west of Davisville Road). This is for NOTIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY - All submissions will be through PennDOT's ECMS system.
