Site work and paving for a civil project in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 11/13/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Online Portal This project involves the installation of approximately 703 LF of 8" diameter sanitary sewer force main, 535 LF of 8" to 10" diameter gravity sewers, five manholes, replacement via upsizing of approximately 378 LF of 18" diameter gravity sewers, and associated road re-paving and restoration. Estimated Contract Value: $750,000-$1,000,000 Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
