Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

. Negotiation Period: November 7 - November 12, 2024 5. Award of Final Contract: November 14, 2024 A. Assesses current conditions to evaluate current plaza assets and determine how demolition will take place, its impact on neighboring structures, and its impact on street traffic, local businesses, and utilities. B. Demolish and build the new plaza to a high standard, on time and on budget. C. Schedule and manage new construction and provide details for City review. D. Meet with City Consultant (Fuss & O'Neill), Pawtucket Planning and Building Departments regularly to review progress and budgets
