Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a residential development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for asbestos abatement for a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Perform full asbestos abatement of stairwell landings. Replace existing flooring and paint at corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and trash rooms. The Project consists of the renovation of Burns Manor corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and trash rooms. Replace existing flooring and base, remove wallpaper, skimcoat and paint walls, trim, and rails. A. Work of this proposed Contract comprises renovation, including general construction Work. B. Location: Burns Manor located at 95 Park Street, Pawtucket, Rl 02860. Questions must be submitted by 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 24, 2025 to Matthew Clemence of Ed Wojcik Architect, Ltd. (email: mclemence@edwojcikarchitect.com). Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Bids must be in a sealed envelope labeled "Burns Manor Corridors and Stairwells" written clearly.
