Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The projects consist of Low Slope Coatings, including the replacement of all metal coping cap self-adhered underlayment, flashings, vent stacks, exhaust fan covers, appurtenances, etc. Transportation Building, Training room at 12050 Rolater Road, Frisco, Texas 75035 for Phase 7 Projects. Attendance is encouraged by all proposers. No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals The Competitive Sealed Proposal will be released on October 27th, 2024, from Armko.
