This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure complete and professional Construction Management services for the design and construction of a new student residence development project on university lands. Construction of a 1,268 bed student residence geared towards first-year undergraduate students including amenities. Concept plans include one, 10-storey tower and one, 7-storey tower with a total GFA of approx 335,571. Without limiting the scope of work, the Contract includes all products, labour, equipment, materials and temporary facilities as required, or implied by the drawings and specifications to complete the Work, complete with all necessary incidentals
