City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: Upgrades to washroom and changerooms at Evergreen Seniors Community Centre. The facility has a dedicated shutdown period from July 2, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Work is to start on July 2, 2026. Substantial completion is to take place by August 21, 2026, to allow for adequate time for deficiency corrections. This Tender is being issued to the Successful pre-qualified firms from Contract 23-107 General Contractor for Small Works Construction Pre-Qualification.
