Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palm Desert, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bid Valid 60 Days Liquidated Damages $1,500 Daily Estimated Bid Value 4 to 5 Million Start/Delivery Date January 9, 2024 Project Duration 6 Months/180 Days Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% This project includes replacing approximately 10,400 linear feet of concrete pipe with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, removing baffle stand, irrigation meter vault installation, and related street improvements. Other Details Potential bidders must be able to comply with the Installation Floater/Builders Risk insurance requirements described in Section 5 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder shall provide Installation Floater Insurance, including Flood and Earthquake, for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents.
