Graham Construction and Engineering, a JV (Graham) has been contracted by The City of Calgary (The City) to conduct Construction Management Services for the Plant D Expansion Project at the Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (BBWWTP). Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Graham is seeking to pre-qualify a list of qualified and experienced Subcontractors capable of completing various scopes of work for WP08 – Effluent Filtration as part of the Plant D Expansion Project at BBWWTP. Scopes of work listed in the table below may have an estimated value of over $200,000 aggregate value. In order to receive the above noted RFQ, please download and return a fully executed copy of the attached Notice of Intent to Submit Response via email to the Graham Contact provided within. Upon receipt of the completed Notice, Graham will issue the RFQ Documents to the Bidder. All further correspondence regarding this RFQ will be conducted through SmartBid. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
