A total of Twenty-One (21) windows need to be replaced. Thirteen (13) are fixed windows and Eight (8) are functional (open/close) windows. 2. Window Dimensions for all Twenty-One windows are: The rough opening is 87 - 3/4" wide by 47 - 1/2" tall. The successful bidder must field verify all window opening dimensions before ordering glass. 3. Removal of existing tempered/laminate glass units. 4. Installation of new windows. New windows are to be cleaned prior to installation. 5. Installation of perimeter seals where needed. 6. Installation will require a man-lift/scaffolding; to be provided by the Contractor and included in the bid price. Vendor shall provide all safety equipment necessary and follow all safety procedures while operating the lift. 7. Disposal of all existing windows to be provided by the winning contractor.
