Reference Number 0000367591 Furnish Newell Street Vortex Decommissioning The project consists of decommissioning the Regional Treatment Facility (RTF) located at Newell Street. Generally, the project consists of the demolition of the vortex separator and the associated electrical building as well as several manholes. The project also includes capping and filling existing underground pipe and establishing a new manhole and pipe to connect back into the system.
