Demolition and site work for a residential development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Subject to approval of this RFP, the Corporation of the Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking qualified contractors to demolish Town-owned buildings along Beach Drive, between First Street and Spruce Street. More specifically, and as highlighted in Appendix A, municipal addresses for these buildings is as follows: - #13 1st Street (Dardanella) - #14 1st Street (Funnel Tunnel) - #16 2nd Street North (Old Fire Hall / Transit Building) - #57 Beach Drive (Splash Building) - #47 Beach Drive (Perfect Image / Runners Building) - #41 Beach Drive (Bananas Building) - #31 Beach Drive (South Beach / Shore Store Building & ATM Building to the west) - #93 Beach Drive (Old Shed Building, Concrete Splash Pad) - #40 Mosley Street (Playland Washrooms Building) Demolition is necessary to facilitate the re-construction of Beach Drive.
