Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Wasaga Beach will be reconstructing its main beachfront area, to update the underground infrastructure as well as renew the look and feel of the street through new architectural features and street furniture. A major component of the work is Beach Drive (approximately 550m in length) will be raised approximately 1.5m by installation of a steel sheet pile wall. Preliminary details of the design may be found and reviewed by the Proponents in the attached 60% design drawings prepared by Tatham Engineering Ltd. Please note that this RFPQ pertains to the first phase of these works, which includes: - 1st Street - 3rd Street - Spruce Street - Beach Drive - All related storm sewer works including outlet to the Nottawasaga River - Reconstruction of boat launch at the end of 2nd Street - New roundabout at Main Street / Spruce Street intersection Phase 1 does not include the sanitary sewer on Mosley Street or the mini roundabouts at 1st Street and 3rd Street, which are future phase works. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
