The City of Delta seeks qualified consultants to perform a Project Needs Assessment (PNA) in accordance with Colorado State Revolving Loan Fund requirements to support the City's efforts to obtain funding to support its Main Street Alley Water Main expansion project. This project proposes to install new water mains down the alleys located east and west of Main Street/Highway 50 ultimately allowing for the abandonment of the water main located in Main Street. As Main Street properties redevelop on the north end, and vacant property develops on the southern end, fire suppression systems are often a requirement of modern building codes. New lead and copper mandates will also likely impact the City's core business district.
