A. The project involves replacement of the existing controller cabinet and concrete foundation, installation of radar detectors, junction boxes, associated wiring and conduits for traffic signal maintenance. Unit Price for the work as shown on the bid tabulation form in accordance with the contract documents which includes all labor, materials, tools, oversight and to complete the replacement of the existing controller cabinet and concrete foundation, installation of radar detectors, junction boxes, associated wiring and conduits, required restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic on Laflin Road and State Route 315. B. The work to be done under the contract and in accordance with the contract documents consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of the work outlined below and the carrying out of all duties and obligations imposed upon the contractor by the contract documents. C. Briefly and without force upon the Contract Documents, the contract includes the work shown in the contract documents. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain all permits not obtained by the OWNER as may be require by local and other governmental agencies and pay the necessary fees and charges. The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and to complete the replacement of the existing controller cabinet and concrete foundation, installation of radar detectors, junction boxes, associated wiring and conduits, required restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic. Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 1:00 PM ET PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. No bidder may withdraw bid within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Immediately Following the Due Date and Time, All Bids Received Through online Will Be Opened Online and Referred to the Laflin Borough for Final Award at Their Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting.
