The Liberty Township Supervisors Are Accepting Sealed Equipment and Operator Bids on a Bid Rate Per Hour, for the Equipment and Operator, for Snow Removal & Salting, Snow Removal No Salting, and Salting Only Services Begin With the Awarding of the Bid Until the Next Bidding Period in November of 2025 on All Township Roads Within Liberty Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Bidders Should Submit Bid Price Per Hour for Each Piece of Equipment and Each Operator. Bids Will Only Be for Minimum 8' Plows. Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance With Limits of No Less Than One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars Per Occurrence for Damage or Injury to Person or Property and Motor Vehicle Insurance With Third-party Liability Limits of No Less Than $250,000 Per Person/$1,000,000 Per Accident and First-party Medical Benefits of No Less Than $100,000 Per Person and Per Accident and Related to Which Township Shall Be Named as an Additional Insured Must Accompany the Bid. Liberty Township Supervisors Are Accepting Sealed Equipment and Operator Bids on a Bid Rate Per Hour, for Equipment and Operator, for Snow Removal & Salting, Snow Removal No Salting, and Salting Only for the Following Areas: Area 1: East Saxton, Shoup St, Branch St, Church St, Kelly Row. Area 2: Stonerstown, Lower Main, Clark Rd Area 3: Carberry Rd, Walls Rd, Ravers Gap, Brumbaugh Cemetery Area 4: Manspeaker Rd, Henrietta Rd, Sugar Camp Rd, Hoover Rd, Perrin Rd, Weavers Woods, Titan Rd, Capt. Successful Bidder Must Be Available on Short Notice; Emergency Response Time is Within a Two-hour Time Limit or the Township Reserves the Right to Contact Another Company. Awarded Bids Cannot Be Transferred and Will Be Memorialized in a Written Contract Between the Successful Bidder and the Township. Liberty Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids.
