The placement of approximately 1,800 tons of 9.5mm Superpave HMA Wearing Course, 3,600 tons of 25mm Superpave HMA Base Course, 300 tons of 2A Stone and 700 tons of 2RC Aggregate, 41 Cast-in-Place/Precast Headwalls, 2,100 S.Y. of Road Milling, 1,025 L.F. of 15" and 18" HDPE Pipe Installation, 1,300 Tons of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) Placement, road widening, ditching, line striping, and tack coating. Contractor is to begin work within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, and to complete work within One Hundred Eighty days (180) calendar days. The tenth (10th) day after receipt of Notice to Proceed shall be the official starting date unless the ten (10) day period is extended in writing by the Secretary.
