Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saxton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed proposals will be received for paving work as follows: OPTION 1: 50,150 square yards of double sealcoat with RS-2PM (e-2m)/CRS-2PM (E-3M). OPTION 2: 29,678 square yards of double sealcoat with RS-2PM (E-2M)/CRS-2PM (E-3M). OPTION 3: 20,472 square yards of single sealcoat with RS-2PM (E-2M)/CRS-2PM (E-3M). Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract is required from the successful bidder within 20 days after contract award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
