Project involves well rehabilitation and well pump work including physical and chemical well treatment and refurbishing of open lineshaft well pump assembly. The Project Manager for this Project is Christopher L. Epstein, who may be contacted at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., W233 N2080 Ridgeview Parkway, Waukesha, WI 53188-1020, (262) 542- 5733 regarding the Project. All Work is included in a single prime contract. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the City of Pewaukee at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Pewaukee equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Pewaukee as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Pewaukee reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any & all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Est. Value: $ 168,000.00 Pre-Qualification: Yes Est.
