Project involves 61,265 L.F. of 8-inch through 24-inch sanitary sewer cleaning and televising, 1,917 L.F. of 24-inch cured in place pipe, 8 spot liners, manhole grouting, spot joint test and seal grouting, bypass pumping, traffic control, tree removal, and other repairs. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Est. Value: $ 800,000.00 Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2026 Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District as liquidated damages. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holder's of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineer's opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Contractor to coordinate with the Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District any site visits prior to bidding for the special repair at Manhole BB-6 on the property located at W277 N2567 Rocky Point Road. Prior notification to the property owner must be made by the LPSD before entering the property.
