Renovation of an educational facility in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the 2025 Roof Replacement at Vernon Hills High School utilizing fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing. The Base Bid portion of the project encompasses approximately 23,200 square feet with an additional 15,900 square feet as an Alternate Add Bid. 23,200 square feet with an additional 15,900 square feet as an Alternate Add Bid Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Certificate of Insurance will be required from the successful Bidder. The Board of Education, Community High School District 128 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures, and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the School District.
