Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 11/16/2024 10:00 AM CST Estimate: 1,800,000 The work consists of providing the necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 190 Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications. The site work contractor is responsible for all site work, including but not limited to yard piping additions and modifications, headworks modifications; bypass pumping; site work; crushed concrete road modifications and IWTP pad; protective coatings, concrete pads and piping; swales; underground duct banks with conduits; pull boxes at Aeration Basin No. 5 and Digester Nos. 3, 5 and 6; site grading; all associated electrical and site work; facility start-up of new basins; and all else specified and shown in the construction documents and not specifically addressed in lease agreement, complete in place for a fully functioning plant. The lease of one new aeration basin, two new aerobic digester basins, modifications to existing leased wastewater treatment plant trains; and shall include delivery and assembly of the facilities with all accessories and equipment; including; walkways, bridges, and handrails; air diffusion equipment; air lifts, aboveground interconnecting piping, valves, fittings, supports; hose bibbs; above ground conduit up to the pull boxes at Aeration Basin No. 5 and Digester Nos. 3, 5 and 6 and all wiring to all equipment and to existing floodlight; and all accessories, equipment, piping, etc. within the plant, complete as specified. The installation of the leased facilities shall be the responsibility of the lease plant vendor. Installation includes all delivery, installation and start-up. The site work contractor shall coordinate with the lease plant vendor for all connections and slab dimensions. At the leased facilities, the site work contractor is responsible for all site work shown in the construction drawings including all work not associated with the leased facilities. However, the site work contractor is responsible for concrete slabs and pads, and all buried piping located within the limits of the proposed leased facilities. All buried piping shall be installed with a flanged stub-up approximately 12-inches (12") above finished grade at all locations. The site work contractor is responsible for any underground duct banks and underground conduit work between leased local control panels and leased field equipment unless stated otherwise on the plans. The lessor is responsible for all wiring for the project and for all above ground conduit between the leased local control panels and leased field equipment unless stated otherwise on the plans. The site work contractor is responsible for coordination with plant lessor firm to coordinate pipe and electrical connections, buried pipe locations, deliveries and schedules.
