Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will include the design and construction of an estimated 2,200 square foot (50 x 44) parking lot with driveway at Kuykendall Gravesite located within the right-of-way in front of 5131 Williams Way Boulevard, Richmond, TX 77469. The project will include concrete paving, perimeter curbs, sidewalk and ramp to connect to existing sidewalk, signs, and pavement markings. The drainage will sheet flow out the driveway to the street. Detention will not be required for the proposed improvements. Questions about this Statement of Qualification Package should be directed in writing to Brooke Lindemann, Contracts Manager at Brooke.Lindemann@fortbendcountytx.gov. Questions will be accepted until 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Design/build Services for Parking Lot at Williams Way Boulevard Gravesite for Fort Bend County. Fort Bend County reserves the right to reject any or all qualification statements received. Successful firm will be required to provide bonds.
