Clearing & Grubbing to serve Kingdom Heights Subdivision, Section 10 The deadline to ask questions is 12/03/2024 12:10 PM CST OWNER: Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, and K. Hovnanian Houston Kingdom Heights, LLC, on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 176, hereby gives notice that sealed unit price Bids will be received for Clearing and Grubbing to serve Kingdom Heights Subdivision, Section Ten, in Fort Bend County, Texas. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a cashier's check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Section 5, Bonds of the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or accept the Bid or Bids submitted by the responsible Bidder, who, in the judgment of OWNER, will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the opening of the Bids without the consent of OWNER.
