Typical project setup should be for a non-refundable fee as opposed to a refundable deposit. Change as necessary if other method is desired. Less than 10 plan sheets, small set of specs.: $50.00 b. 10-25 plan sheets, medium set of specs.: $100.00 c. 25-50 plan sheets, medium set of specs.: $200.00 d. 50-75 plan sheets, large set of specs: $300.00 The Bidding Documents will be shipped UPS ground. This fee will include registration and access to the Issuing Office Project Bidding site for electronic download of Bidding Documents as PDF Files. Note: Provide specific license requirements in the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
