Description: This project consists of performing preventive maintenance repairs to noise barriers located in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The work will consist of noise barrier repairs including the following: (a) panel replacement, (b) concrete crack sealing, spall and delamination repairs at various locations, (c) tightening anchor bolts and cleaning and painting existing steel, (d) installation of cable restraints, (e) minor erosion repairs with select backfill and riprap, (f) tree removal, clearing and grubbing to access repair locations. The following noise barrier systems include panel replacement and must be prioritized for immediate remediation.
