Maintenance, Mowing & Landscaping Services for Public Right of Ways for a Period of One ( 1) Year, With Three (3) One (1) Year Extensions, if Both Parties Agree. Also, should a vendor bid an alternate, any test costs to prove equality of product will be at the expense of the vendor, not the City of Bastrop. Bid date notes. Any bids received after the time and date listed above, regardless of the mode of delivery, shall be returned unopened. Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Any technical questions should be submitted through online. The City of Bastrop reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Bastrop.
