Site work and addition to an educational facility in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 57,900-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

As of January 21, 2025 addendum 1 has been issued. The site visit has been cancelled. Project includes demolition existing buildings to make way for a new two-story addition. This is a 3-Phase Project: Phase I - Early Demo of existing (2) buildings - buildings north (this already bids as GMP01 - please do NOT include this phase in your proposal!) Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Phase II - Construction of a New 2-Story Addition (GMP02) Phase III - Demo of (1) existing building - building south (GMP02) The project is tax exempt. This is a wage rates project.
