American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk for Bastrop ISD - Bastrop High School Additions & Renovations Phase 2 project, which includes Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler System additions and renovations. Early Interiors Package: - Demolition, Drywall & Acoustical, Fire Protection & Alarm, Mechanical, Electrical Interior renovations and fire sprinkler installation. Work includes select demolition and renovation of existing campus building, and installation of new fire sprinkler system. Renovations and sprinkler system installation will occur during Summer 2025. The overall project schedule is: Interior Renovations - Start Work: May 2025, Completion: July 2025 Alternates: Provide bond cost as an alternate to the proposal.
