Goodwin Lake Trail Improvements The project work includes drainage improvements, trail replacement, and a new playground and parking lot at Goodwin Lake in Clovis, New Mexico. The Site is approximately 28 acres located on Concord Rd., south of Llano Estacado Blvd. and east of Prince St. The project area is approximately 1-mile of trail improvements, 7,500 square foot playground, and 7,700 square foot parking lot improvements, along with an additional 0.5 acre of drainage improvements including a low-water crossing, riprap channel and riprap outfall.
