Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Panel upgrade of SCADA panels at 16 Master Pump Stations. High priority rehabilitation needed for upgrading at Orange County Master Pump Stations. In the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each electronic offer in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the total estimated contract amount for the base period. A Bid, Payment and Performance Bond are a requirement when the offer/contract amount exceeds $100,000. Respondents shall attach an electronic copy of their bid bond for responsiveness. Submission of the bid bond, along with a certified and effectively dated copy of the power of attorney, shall be completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in the solicitation.
