The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to perform preventative maintenance inspections and as-needed repairs on Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) refrigeration equipment. Inspections shall be performed in accordance with the scope of services. The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and shall specify a performance period of five (5) years. For the duration of the contract, any changes in the terms and conditions shall be reduced to writing as an amendment to this contract and such amendment shall be executed by both parties.
