Scope of Work: to conduct a 3-year re-inspection and update the management plan to ensure compliance with 40 CFR 763, subpart E to Appendix C, Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/15/2024 04:00:00 PM (ET). Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid, (a certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond) pledging that the Bidder will enter into a contract with Campbell Count School District on the terms stated in his Bid. The Bid Security of other Bidders will be retained for a period of thirty (30) days after the Bid opening. If the contract price is in excess of $7,500, a Performance Payment Bond is required. The Bond shall be in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by Campbell County School District, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, prior to contract execution.
