This project is for the repair or replacement of the existing damaged frame arms along with any and all necessary attachments for Primary Clarifiers 4 and 6 located at the Oakland Wastewater Treatment Plant under City of Topeka Project 291112.06. This project is for the repair or replacement of the existing damaged frame arms along with any and all necessary attachments for the City's Primary Clarifiers 4 and 6. The contractor is responsible for the following: 1. Repair or replace the existing damaged arms and necessary attachments. Site is accessible by boom truck or crane. If sweep arm is replaced, vendor is responsible for disposition of old sweep arm. 2. Configure to match existing setup. Current Sweep Arm manufactured by USFilter/Envirex. 3. Repair metal or replacement arm must be 316 stainless steel or epoxy coated, and all fasteners (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.) must be 316 stainless steel 4. Provide all necessary labor, materials, consumables, and tools to complete the project Totals: Bidders must enter their lump sum total to include all parts, equipment, materials, freight and labor in their line item response when submitting their electronic bid.
