Miscellaneous It is critical that the Bidder (Vendor) review and enclose all requested information in its bid to allow for a complete Bid Proposal. It is understood that Skanska reserves the right to accept or not accept any bid it chooses, and to reject all bids. All Bidders that do not strictly meet the requirements set forth within this document and the documents issued for Bid Proposal may be disqualified.
