Project name: Culvert removal & superstructure installation Project owner: Montmorency County Road Commission Project location: Hossler Road over Thunder Bay River Project description: The project consists of excavation, culvert removal, channel shaping, pile driving, riprap, abutment construction, pile cap construction, and assisting Road Commission with setting the bridge deck panels for a pre-fabricated timber bridge at Hossler Road over Thunder Bay River. The Road Commission will then complete construction of the superstructure and associated road work. The timber bridge materials will be provided by the Montmorency County Road Commission. Special instructions: Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis.
