Remodeling of a municipal facility in Fredericksburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of February 6, 2025, construction has commenced and is estimated to complete February 15, 2025. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Fredericksburg, Texas ( City ) invites all qualified parties to submit written proposals for the Meeting Room Remodel project at Law Enforcement Center, consistent with the terms, conditions and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals ( RFP ). Respondents to this RFP must submit an original and one (1) copy of their Proposal in a sealed package labeled Meeting Room Remodel . Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the City by Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Responses to respondent questions will be provided by Friday, December 6, 2024. Questions regarding this RFP should be sent in writing or email per respondent to: Brian Vorauer, Chief of Police Law Enforcement Center 1601 East Main Street Fredericksburg, TX 78624 bvorauer@fbgtx.org The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses or to accept any qualifications deemed to be in its best interest. The City shall not be obligated to enter into any contract with any respondent on any terms or conditions. The goal is to award the project at the January 7, 2025, City Council meeting. Contract award will depend on funding approval in the Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
