Renovation of a municipal facility in Ellsworth, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The bid was awarded to CDS for $31,000. Anticipated start date is January 2025. The estimate budget is approx. $40,000. Banks Township is soliciting bids to complete a project at the Banks Township Hall, 6520 Center Street, PO Box 68, Ellsworth, Michigan 49729. Township Hall Kitchen: 1. Demo existing cabinets, exhaust fan, wall between kitchen and closet space. 2. Create a new doorway from kitchen to entryway. 3. Frame to accommodate new cabinetry. 4. Contract plumbing and electrical as needed. 5. Proper permitting. 6. Paint and trim to match. 7. Ceiling patched in to match existing. All fixtures, cabinetry, countertops to be supplied by Banks Township. Flooring for new kitchen has already been contracted. Please contact the Clerk for more information. 231-588-6126.
