DCAMM required. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 Contractors should email questions and addendum acknowledgements to the following email address: pmvaughn@lowellma.gov. SCOPE OF WORK A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide complete heating, ventilating and air conditioning system and general contracting work, as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. Furnish all labor and materials to perform demolition work as shown on the Drawings, as required for the installation of new work, and as specified hereinafter. C. Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing chiller, chilled water pump, condensing unit, refrigerant piping, chilled water pipping, accessories and appurtenances to the extents indicated. D. Contractor shall furnish and install new air-cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, chilled water piping, accessories, equipment support and appurtenances.
