UMass Lowell Elevator PM NITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD: January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. Two (2) options to extend, at the discretion of UMass Lowell, each for one additional one (1) year period. The 12-month inclusive cost for all Buildings is estimated at $300,000 Annual cost shall remain constant for each year in the three (3) year term.General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance(DCAMM) in the following category of work -- ELEVATORS and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3).General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD (January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025), and made payable to the UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS.
