Renovation of an educational facility in Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of December 20, 2024 project was awarded to Godard & Son Roofing, awarded amount is $620,124.75. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Project Address: 5900 Lamar Avenue, Mission, Kansas 66202 . Start Date: December 01, 2024. Substantial Completion: July 25, 2025 Final Completion: August 01, 2025. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid of $15,000 or greater in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount, including all additive alternates and made payable to the Owner. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
