Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Trade Contractors for Nashoba Regional High School Project. The scope of this work includes a new 209,529 sf High School and demolition of the existing facility. The project is located at 12 Green Rd, Bolton, MA. For the following trade categories: Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp-proofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. This is a CM at Risk Project under MGL Ch. 149A. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the deadline and be pre-qualified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. The RFQ contains specific criteria for trade contractor prequalification and selection. This RFQ is part of a two-step selection process for the Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the SOQ and then, at a later date, only the pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid on the category of work for which they were pre-qualified. All firms must be pre-qualified for this Project even if they are already DCAMM Certified. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
