Start date: 1 January 2025 End date: 31 December 2025 10% of the total amount of the tender, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution. Performance bond of 50% of the first year's amount issued in the form of a guarantee by a Financial Institution, a certified cheque, a money order or a bank draft drawn on a Financial Institution. If a TENDER wishes to ask a question or request clarification on any aspect of the Invitation to Tender or the Tender Documents, it must send this by e-mail and address it to the File Representative identified at the beginning of the present document, specifying the number and title of the Invitation to Tender. The PRINCIPAL reserves the right to disregard any question or request for clarification received less than ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) hours prior to the deadline for receipt of Bids.
