Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Avon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Avon invites qualified contractors to submit for construction of a new asphalt tennis court, two pickleball courts and a renovated parking lot with associated site, concrete, landscaping work under the direction of the Town Administrator for The Town of Avon, per the Scope of Work contained in the IFB. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of a new asphalt tennis court and two pickleball courts, with associated drainage, fencing, nets, a tennis backboard, and sound attenuation screening. The associated parking lot will be removed and redeveloped with parking, walks and new granite curbing. Concrete pads will be provided for curb cuts, ramps, and bench pads.
