Renovation of a municipal facility in Edna, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,500-square-foot municipal facility.

BLS Construction, Inc. (979- 543-2696), Construction Manager At-Risk, on behalf of Jackson County, will receive Sub-Contractor bids for the Jackson County Services Building Renovation Project. The project consists of alterations and/ or renovations to the 12,500 sq ft interior space within the existing building and minor exterior cosmetic work. The Owner, Architect/Engineer and Construction Manager reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding process, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. By submitting a bid each Sub-Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, Architect, or Construction Manager At-Risk and their respective employees arising out of or in connection with administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any proposal, waiver of any requirements under the Proposal Documents or the Contract Documents, acceptance or rejection of any Bids, and award of a Contract. No bids may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened. Standard insurance requirements apply including Workers Comp and General Liability.
