Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Provincetown (Awarding Authority), acting through the Department of Public Works (DPW), is seeking technical and price proposals for the New Sewer Design-Build-Operate (DBO) Contract. The project involves the design, construction, and operation of the expanded sewer collection, treatment, and disposal system in accordance with applicable regulations. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Proposer questions shall be submitted no later than December 23, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Questions received after the above deadline may not be considered by the Awarding Authority. All questions shall be submitted in writing via online Question Deadline 12/23/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing to Braden Witt, MCPPO, Senior Project Manager at Provincetown Department of Public Works, 2 Mayflower Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 and via email at bwitt@provincetownma.gov. Question Response Deadline January 6, 2025, 4:00pm Doc Notes: Bonding Documents: Hard copies of all bonding documents must be submitted to the Provincetown DPW in accordance with the proposal submission instructions.
