The deadline to ask questions is 11/19/2024 10:00 AM CST Submit all questions via CivCast SCOPE OF WORK: a. Contractor shall commence and complete the Work generally described as follows: AUGUST MEADOWS PHASE 1 DETENTION for FORT BEND COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILIY DISTRICT NO. 252, Fort Bend County, Texas, according to those particular Plans and Technical Specifications prepared by ODYSSEY ENGINEERING GROUP, LLC (Engineer) and all Extra Work in connection therewith, under the terms as stated in the Contract, and, at Contractors own proper cost and expense, to furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said Work, in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Bid attached hereto and in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, the Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Contractors Bid, the Contract, Plans, and other drawings and printed or written explanatory matter thereof, and the Technical Specifications, on file with Engineer. Contractor represents and warrants to the Owner that it has carefully examined this Contract and all other Contract Documents, which are made a part of the Contract, and is thoroughly familiar therewith.
