School District U-46 is currently accepting bids for the U46 Kimball Renovation and Addition, Site Utility Work 31A Gilbane Building Company, Construction Manager, for and acting on behalf Elgin School District U-46 is receiving lump sum proposal forms from interested contractors for the U-46 Kimball Renovation and Addition. This bid release is only for the site utilities bid package which includes the Storm Trap system, concrete pad for the Storm Trap, all site utilities, excavation for all the utilities and Storm Trap and hauling all the excess material to t to the Elgin U-46 New Middle School jobsite. The construction manager requires all interested subcontractors to prequalify on their website.
