HVAC Upgrades at Mendham Middle School and Mendham Elementary School The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The scope of the Mendham Twp. Middle School includes, but is not limited to, upgrading AHU M2 along with associated controls, exhaust, roofing modifications, and modifications to the existing duct work. 2. The scope of the Mendham Twp. Elementary School includes, but is not limited to, upgrade AHU-1 servicing the Main Office area along with but not limited to associated controls, exhaust, roofing modifications, and modifications to the existing duct work. Bids shall be submitted on the provide proposal forms and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check of bid bond draw to the order of the "Mendham Township Board of Education" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bid securities shall comply with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24. Bids shall include a Consent of Surety obligating the issuing surety company to provide the bidder and its subcontractors, if successful, with a New Jersey Statutory Performance and Payment Bond for public works projects in the full amount of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
