Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for the rehabilitation of approximately 187 VF of existing sanitary sewer manholes, including, but not limited to, cleaning and chemical grout injection to stop active leaks. Installation of 1-inch thick cementitious lining to manholes. Adding Raven 405, 120 mils or approved equal coating, by-pass pumping as needed, traffic control as needed, and all items as shown within the plans. One existing manhole with T-Lock repairs as needed. Work shall be complete-in-place. The deadline to ask questions is 11/19/2024 10:00 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through online. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
